Devlog 13 - Anghoul Overhaul, New Building, New Weapons
Welcome to yet another devlog! Originally this was going to be devlog 12.5, however we kept working on stuff, and decided to wait on the post until we finished the stuff we started. Sorry for the long delay between posts, but it was well worth it. Enjoy the read!

We've added a whole bunch of weapons into the game! For now, we will only show off the cutlass and it's different forms that can be crafted or found in the game. Many more weapons are in, but you'll need to find them to be able to check them out.

A new skybox has been acquired and added to the game. Here is an image of the new skybox in the overworld as it's currently being built. A video of the day/night cycle has been added to the game page as well.

The shop has been updated with new models in it.

We've overhauled the location for Anghoul. Below are some before and after shots so you can see the updated map. This will be the first time the map has ever been shown on its own, so please give us feedback so we can update it further.

The final building (for the beta demo) has been added! The tavern is where the player will spawn, get a couple quests, and learn the skills/spells. Here's some pictures of it.

Here's a list of additions, changes, and fixes done throughout this last cycle.
- Inventory now closes via a button instead of hitting tab
- Blacksmith has received a substantial crafting/smelting list update
- 16 new weapons have been added into the game
- A hand full of decorations have been added to the game
- The tree models have been redone from scratch
- Heavy optimization has been done to Anghoul to make it run even smoother
- Fixed chest loot generation, as T3 and T2 items spawned much too frequently
- Item info menu has been updated for miscellaneous items to have their own smaller, more refined menu
- Fixed some of the lighting around Anghoul and in the blacksmith
- A new quick access menu has been added for the inventory, so you can quickly use/equip items or drop them without opening the giant menu
- Music has been added to the town of Anghoul
- Sound effects have been added to Anghoul
- Leaves and grass sway in the wind
- Footsteps have finally been added to the game
- A few new miscellaneous items have been added to the game
- Grass, stumps, and other minor foliage has been added to the game
- Pebbles have been added throughout the first level
